I'm grateful for my son, my dogs, my neighbors, and that my lung cancer has not spread and I won't need chemo - just radiation and possibly surgery! That is a huge grateful.

Being able to process things and feel feelings and movingp on. Slowly like a snail. I am not stuck in unending and unendurable pain. It ends.

I haven’t been posting for a bit because I am in a trauma treatment program in Colorado. I think this may be the best thing I have ever done for myself. I’m dealing with profound autistic burnout and trauma decompression at the same time. Fun.
