What Are You Grateful For Today?

Sometimes it is the simplest of things that can make a huge difference. A friend of mine and I had been looking for a corn muffin mix that has no sugar in it. Corn bread is not supposed to have sugar in it, we say! However, there are so many of them that have it in them.

I finally found one at the grocery the other day. It is Martha White's buttermilk corn muffin mix. It is simple to make and tastes perfectly yummy! I don't feel like eating hardly anything else! I had one for breakfast this morning and just had some coffee and sweet grapes to go with it. Soooo good!
 
My pharmacist did a complete study of my medicines concerning my recent difficulties handling heat (outdoors and even in my apartment). She found something that fit, so she printed it out and gave it to me, so that my psychiatrist, who I just saw today, could address it. He did, so I am hopeful now that since the worst of the summer is over and it is cooler outside in the early mornings, that I can go out for a long walk each day then. I also found some info online that fits so closely with my usual medical symptoms that I was amazed! There were a lot of healthy things suggested there to combat this thing, so I am implementing them. One thing that will need medicine, I will discuss with my Dr, who I will be seeing very soon.
