I'm grateful I made it through my Dr appointment today without having an anxiety attack. Annual exam, meds check, shoulder check, and flu shot! Whew. ;)

I am grateful for my faith, and for all that God has spoken into my spirit and my life over the past week. I am grateful that given this and Pandora's Hillsong channel (illegal streaming with ear plugs! lol), I was able to make it through another week of in a hellish workplace and earn another week's pay. I am grateful that I declined participating in a garage sale today (who cares if my living/dining room looks like a garage sale, complete with pricing) and am instead looking for jobs, practicing self care, and taking care of "to do" lists which never seen to get done during the week because after leaving hell all I want is a 6 pack, a sandwich and the solace of television. I am grateful the 6 is down from a 12 pack - progress and a self-set boundary that I hope takes me to "0" very soon. Also, as stated before, I am also grateful to have this community to come to so that I can help and be helped. :) VB

I am grateful for good friends, that I got my pnuemonia shot today and went grocery shopping and am all done with that for the week.

I've had a good day today, even managed to speak to a couple of people, as well as the owner of the corner shop, and I didn't panic or stutter at all.

I was well pleased with myself, so I'm grateful for that.

In grateful my mom is getting better, and that I get to go home tomorrow. I'm grateful that when I saw my brother at the hospital I didn't have a panic attack. I stayed in the family waiting room while he was there. :tup:
