I have focussed on doing my writing. I have stuck with that, despite the feelings.

I listened to some music in my office and went to see my old chief.

I'm going to journal in a minute when I get back into the world

Another nice day, so walked around the lake. I sure have missed being able to do this. Snow is in the forecast so will take it day by day.

Even got my taxes filed which I did on-line. Don't have to pay and don't get anything back so at least that's done.

Did a 30 minute body scan.
Got a snuggle.
Walked the dog.
Swam 10 Laps.
Did some food shopping.

Cooked aubergines, cleaned up, put a wash on

Trying to keep myself calm in preparation for my doctors appointment. Plus, later, taking my son out to dinner. It's going to be a nervewracking day. Staying calm.

I had a long hot shower after getting caught in a bad snow storm.

I called a support person

I thought things through, rather than reacting so much.

I did a 30 minutes body scan of mindfulness.

I snuggled with B for quite awhile.

I did my morning self care and took a shower and did my laundry. I did not feel like it but I did.
