I have been taking really good care of myself today. I reached out to two ailing friends by writing a support letter to each one.

I took really good care of all of my needs and wants today.

I was calmly and fairly assertive.

I went out to lunch and shopping with my sister yesterday. I bought a few items for myself, including a pair of jeans a size smaller. Woo hoo!

I said that I was too tired after not having slept last night. So I didn't go for a run with my neighbour.

I wrote some more cyrillic words. It's calming in cursive writing.

What I did for myself today includes I cleaned a layer of dust off. I packaged things up and donated them to a charity shop. I was politely assertive. I slowed the pace of my day down to a mindful awareness and that helped a lot!

Mani/pedi yesterday and it was too long inbetween. Going to make sure I do it monthly.

Discussed things with B in a calm and appropriate way and disagreed with him and he is safe to do so. So I choose to be myself yesterday.

I got really dressed up today for my luncheon with a close and very dear friend.
