Mellow morning watching period pieces and documentaries on castles. Healthy lunch. Listening to family write and rehearse songs. Learning to pace myself.
I did a yoga nidra, a 30 minute mindfulness body scan and I listened to "The Mindful Way Through Depression" which is good for challenging my thinking and feeling as well as my rumination.
I did my morning ritual of self care and it really has been consistant with me for awhile now and I am so proud of myself for the discipline to just do it each day.
