Energy came up so was busy digging up the small rocks that I had placed in front of my house. I decided that it was time to have a flower bed there again.

I used to have petunias that came up year after year. I guess I was thinking about them with all this work I was doing there.

Went to a medieval market yesterday, bought honey wine, new CDs and a notebook with a leather cover showing the old world maps.

I listened to the same song for hours...I'm alone in my flat right now so I won't disturb anyone. :p

I put a little liner on and mascara. I didn't need to. I'm only seeing my therapist today. But I wanted to.

I read about PTSD from a source book. It is not exactly 'fun' yet it is a form of me accepting me.

I took the day off yesterday.

I got some buisiness dealt with and I got my hair trimmed and I got a mani/pedi and I went to the Panda Express and had a great lunch. Got tired so i came home and relaxed.

I made an appointment for a pedicure. It is so hard to paint my toes. I'm looking forward to it!
