Caught up with two peers, arranged a meeting with a third for this evening, and am catching up with a third this afternoon. Got a date with the mister for Mexican even though Cinco de Mayo is a bit of a tourist thing/joke. Not bad for a day off. Not bad at all.

I bought a cute shirt for summer. I am tired of wearing things that I think are suitable for a fat person, instead of wearing things I like. I deserve to look good despite my weight. Well as good as I can. I should feel good about what I wear.

I went to visit my friend and she took me out for breakfast. Then we went back to her house two hours later!

Took a very long nap very cozy under the covers, I did not realize how much I was doing so I am taking good care of me.

I went to the dentist and no cavities, so I went to starbucks. Later I treated myself to dairy queen for ice cream.

Yesterday, I got a facial, pedicure, my hair cut and highlighted. It should have made me feel good but when all was said and done I felt ugly.

I did a body scan four times this morning and focussed on breathing.

Got a mani/pedi and bought a really fantastic candle. I want lilacs in the yard, but since I haven't gotten around to planting them, the candle is the next best thing.

I got an e-mail offering me double points on my cafe card if I got there this week, so I'm treating myself to a panini and a chai latte today.

Took a nap after I returned home. Can't even remember how I got back home, just felt like crap...1 1/2 hours of sleep helped a lot.
