what I have done for my self is mindfulness meditation on and off for a couple of hours from about 5.30am in the morning when I got up until 8.30am. I just kept doing the audio tracks over and over. I did enough actual breathing to feel here and present. I feel good. I am not dissociated. Or at the very least I am much less dissociated.

Being wrapped up in a blanket cocoon with a tight scarf around my head. I felt safe, contained and present. I feel in my self.

Remembering to breathe. I have been not breath holding and I have been breathing consciously and that has been good. Holding the charge/energy in my body is something I need to practice.
