I bought myself some lancome skin care and some eyelash stuff(not mascara but a primer). They had 20% off today online. Best time to buy it since it is so expensive. Hope it works.
What I did for myself today - I am reading David Burns' book "feeling good" and finding that is
really good in helping me get a grasp on my thinking.
What I did for myself today - I did an hour breathing and mindfulness body scan this morning. Then I did the semi supine and a brief child's pose in yoga.
I wrapped myself in a sheet like a baby in swaddling or a butterfly in a cocoon and I felt safe and contained whilst I was doing my breathing and my mindfulness body scan.
I bought vegetables for my garden. They didn't have any corn so I was a little bummed. But happy to see they had lettuce! I'll go out and plant them before it rains.
I did half an hour mindfulness body scan.
I walked for two hours and fifty-five minutes - walked ten kilometres.
I did the six mindful breaths, when my alarm went off, to remind me to not hold my breath but to breath.
I worked like the wind and got some good writing done today.
I tended to the dementing Papa Bear for three hours as well. Challenging but fine, I managed it really well.
