I like to hug my friend Dot at church; she has a plentiful figure which just sort of surrounds me with comfort. She's the kind of lady who hugs children and old ladies, of which I am one.

Reading a good book that rivets my attention off of myself is also good, as well as listening to a Christian radio station online.
