Looks like you definitely hit the overwhelm button. Omg. Honestly it sounds your therapists are tossing you back and forth like a ping pong ball which only adds to this "overwhelm" anxiety feeling. I don't believe it's intentionally, but it's stressful nevertheless. Excercise is completely boring but l have to say doing something repetitive and mundane gives your brain and body a physical outlet. Can you walk? Can you join a cheap gym? Massage, can you get a massage in your area? That helps release a lot of things. We need human touch. Can you volunteer at animal shelter? So what l am getting at is doing something that distracts your brain and its impulses and gets you out of that rut. I have fallen into that rut leaving an abusive relationship. But once l started doing things for me, l was able to let go of overwhelm. Good luck, start one small baby step. Try to do something small and each day focus on the step you made and start building up from there. I have done this two years, and l force myself out doing things and that is important. It becomes easier with time. Sending a basket of self-calming no calorie candies and a giant teddy bear called sunshine.Yard work is happening after all.
