I don’t think I’ve ever really parsed out, before, the things that to truly enjoy/have fun with?
- Need to be done alone
- Prefer to do alone
- Prefer to do with others
- Need to be done with others
Apart from the trial & error of “this is supposed to be fun, WTF is wrong with me/this/life, the universe, everything?!?” of trying to do things with others that I need to do alone, and vice versa. <<< None of which is a problem when I’m doing well, there’s an easy/instinctive leaning towards whatever activity suits best, and making allowances for those that don’t. But when I’m doing badly? I can’t even seem to manage the basics in life, much less the depth and vivacity of a life well lived.
So having a bit of a cheat sheet? Things to whilst alone, things to do with others, things to do that easily lend to either?
Useful as hell.
