The sound and smell of home. My ocean. The solitude of the mountain air as it flows over me as i lay down, on top of my mountain, where you can hear nothing bht wind. Smell nothing but purity, see nothing except blue skies and feel nothing except the earth beneath your body and the wind carassing your face.

Energy - I'm in the 3rd week of full time and still dealing with the tail end of a virus and the allergic reactions to all the dust. I start the days at about a 4 but it's difficult.

@Akhos the only thing I miss about my birthplace San Diego, Calif. is the pacific ocean and breezes...thanks for taking me there for a few moments with your above post.

@Chiqui...me too! Ellis' book is sitting on coffee table near my couch and I'm aware that I need to pick it up and start reading it some more and also to continue applying these principles and theories. Yep!
