hi my name is laura and what does my therapist mean when she said she will work on me getting my locked up emotions out in therapy next time.

Sounds like maybe your therapist wants you to start feeling things? But this might be a better question for your therapist. It's always OK in therapy to ask "What do you mean by that?"

I just saw your other post very similar to this. It is quite sadthat some therapists think they are surgeons and suppose to things to us when in fact a lot of traumas are result of overstimulation.
I encourage to stay strong and feel you have the right to say why you are the way you are because of an and c that happened to you.
It is really possible the therapist is opposite of people who hurt you and saying they will work on you was poor choice, their intentions is to show you that you are safe today and can express what you think without fear....at least in the therapy room.
Do you have friends? Anyone you trust?

I'm sorry you don't have anyone you can trust. I have a hard time trusting too.

Are you socially isolated? Do you work/go to school?

why is therapy making me uncomfortable and i dont know my emotions in therapy.
