I have just felt blessed by the kindness of others. x

I have had a peaceful time without any one arguing and have even managed to telephone my brother and have a decent conversation with him.

Now I'm going to watch Johnny Depp in Alice in wonderland on TV.

Kept it simple and had a wonderful day with my boyfriend on Christmas eve. Got him back to his VA housing by around 8pm so neither of us got stressed. Went to the movies on Christmas day and saw "Lincoln". Stress free Christmas for me this year.

Enjoyed as our children woke us and opened their presents.

And, played a hot/cold, seek-whats-been-hidden present game with them in which they scored on 4 new board games.

Got dressed and enjoyed a most wonderful Christmas mass with our family.

Ate throughout the day and played Earthopoly with H and children. Had a couple visitors over in the afternoon. One very brief and this was a bit sad.

The larger family Christmas party was the night before.

I got to catch up with a few friends I haven't spoken to in awhile. Finally took the guts to reactivate my Facebook account. And....sing for the first time in months! No one else around... :singing:

Still waiting, it was a quiet Christmas, just me and my cat. My son is coming tonight if the cold isn't too much for his old car to make the trip from his province to mine. It is just cold, no storms that are hitting the eastern part of the country that is a good thing that happened.

This is so great to read ALL lll!! by the way, THIS IS MY FIRST POST. I am a carer to a friend who has combat PTSD. He broke up with right before Christmas because I was smothering him and needed to much attention MYSELF, due to me being bipolar etc. I miss him terribly!!
