I signed in for another study.

I decided to change my attitude and how I can deal the situation.

I returned home - cannot remember much of my drive.

Went to special trauma-informed yoga for depression and anxiety class.

Did Dancer pose without falling.

Put my foot in the strap and did not dissociate or have a flashback.

Stayed present.

Advocated for my daughter and was HEARD:tup:
Asked person number 2 for reference letter
Sent in necessary paperwork and asked for informal hearing in regards to moving to new town..I did paperwork wrong.
Getting my car fixed...right this time...just bought the dang thing.

Cleaned my daughters critters cage
Fed the cat
Took a shower
Kinda made up with my mother

Made a really healthy meal for dinner -- haven't done that and haven't cooked this particular dish in a long time!

I slept.

Cleaned the drain in the shower...:dead:

Got my car fixed....the right way.
Went to library and did first draft of my essay for scholarship
Took shower
Doing laundry
Fed animasls
Something blew and I was in the dark...figured it out all by myself!

Also, able to talk my daughter down from highly emotional state.

Ate healthy lunch

Making home cooked meal for dinner

Exercised more than 30 minutes!

Able to get concert tickets to take my daughter to see her favorite band
Laundry
