What Have You Accomplished Lately?

My disability discharge paperwork was received and its being reviewed

I did almost all the dishes

Emptied the garbage

Cleaned out the critter cage

Came home and burst into tears

Got through an exciting but also very exhausting work day.

Applied for a few jobs.
Learning to heal from inside for me, instead of desperately trying for things to look good on the outside.

Checked out a college

Fed the pets

Went to our staff counsil.

Called the hospital for the cure.

Forgave myself for calling in sick to work for 4 days in a row

Accepted love and support from others

took a brisk walk

Asked for letters of recommendations for scholarships

Began my scholarship essay

Advocated for my daughter

"Swept" her room as best I could

Sat in front of wall of pictures of dads with their children in hallway of psych department and didn't lose my mind or self harm other than squeezing my pointy crystal too hard.

Tolerated intensely distressing thoughts, memories and emotions.

Staying alive

& Remembering I need to recompose from cognitive& breakdown
& Remembering at least some responsibilities I have to people
& Moving between places to somewhere safer in states I don't remember left from right and go by shit as meanings of tattoos & gestures. :facepalm:
& Paid a coupla bills and the like. You can tell I'm deeply dissociated: I don't even register administrative and just do it.
