I accomplished all my goals for today's therapy session. Super honest and vulnerable. That time is just too precious to waste f*cking around.

Managed to feel sad without falling into depression.

I managed to gasp, do housework for the first time in a long time! I am getting ready to do my mountain of laundry the next two days. I am happy with the results and feel a sense of accomplishment.:p

I worked on my stories and did some relaxing writing.

I tackled the whole mountain of laundry today and I feel such a sense of accomplishment, it is nice to be caught up. I did the food shopping so tomorrow all I have to do is dust.
