I can now make my own tasty chickpea based tofu and chickpea bean juice vegan buttery spread rather inexpensively at home. It would cost more if I didn't already have most of the ingredients and the necessary kitchen appliances on hand, of course.
I appreciate the products that got me through until I learned, however, I appreciate even more that I won't need to keep buying their pricey items, as well as eliminating the occasional soy intake, as well as appreciating that I can make it for friends/acquaintances who wish to try it and can offer it as "tips" when I receive various healing services, too.
