I am just thinking about kidney disease and learning about it from a note on a lab report. I must be in denial, but I feel like every day I'm going to be mindfully aware and life my life to the fullest.

When is all of this going to stop? I can be doing so well, and then out of know where, something happens and my serenity and my balance is shaken.

I need to hold on and believe that my balance will be returned and I will have another one of those learning experiences as life continues on and so do I.
