What Is Your Favorite Flower And Why?

I think I answered once before, but I don't care. Oooh What an anarchist I am.

Lisianthus. They are also called Poor Man's Roses and I think they are more beautiful than roses and last for ages in a vase. And they are cheap. Flowers should be cheap, so should book and music.

I love British wildflowers. Right now there's a teasel flowering in my garden. Tough, spiky and deadly, with flowers so fragile they last barely days. How can I not love that?

I also love primroses, bluebells, snowdrops, among others.

I kinda like sunflowers. I have lived in Kansas some, and would see fields with thousands in it. Plus, the seeds are delicious.

Gosh! There are so many ones to choose from. I love them all. Some days it is the rose, red ones especially. I love fire roses also. Their aromas are breathtaking. I used to love to wear rose oil as my scent. I used up the whole bottle....

When I was a kid we loved dandelions. As soon as they turned into fuzz balls, we'd poof them away!

underneath - detritus:poop:, murky, contaminated, the density of water, brown, banal, complex

above - pure, clear, clean, the lightness of air, white, elegant, simple

This is the state of the human.

Like the Lotus we begin our development amidst filth and muck, but as we develop further we rise above it all and emerge glorious, pure and free:happy:.

The mind can be free....unweighted...expansive...open

It is our true nature, will we realize it?

I have some wild flower that is growing on a sign in our front yard. It is purple and is I believe called a Morning Glory. It has many flowers on its vine.

Sunflowers about the most.

Jasmines & izotles right after then, followed by lilacs, dandelions & dahlias, and poppies.

I also love violets.

Basically if it's not a funeral flower and hasn't been for a year and something, it's a good flower. Kind of biased that way. I relearn mah flowers likes in a year.
