Plan B....make today's unmet goal tomorrow's new goal. I busied myself in the kitchen and outside with the dog just enough to avoid it, it seems. Imagine that. Dog is gone...leftovers and other food already prepped for tomorrow....must focus on freeing my fascia....breathe...stretch...move....rinse...repeat....ouch....
 
Run a couple of errands and get home to elevate and ice my foot and freeze the food I made and rest the rest of the day.
 
Dropping off my steiff stuffed animals and four other new teddy bears to the foster kids office. The stuffies go into a big bin I'm told and kids get to pick one as they're being processed through. Can't think of a better place for the stuffed animals that helped me survive way back. (They look brand new) Every stuffed animal deserves a child's love. But it's very hard to let go :)
