From this point on my goal is to relax and find some balance. I've had a busy couple days and completed many little tasks and trips, costco, bank, pharmacy, family Dr...etc. Right now I want to relax befor my therapy appointment tomorrow where I'm scheduled to learn how to relax.

Maybe I'll work on that playlist my therapist wants me to have for my trip.

Hope everyone is well...
 
To come clean about my recent serial self harm relapse.
To update my old-school paper+pen journal.
To eat well and do some self care.
