I slept a deep sleep last night. Dreams kind.

Despite a massive argument I had with my sister, I had a dream of my mother, grandmother, Aunt, and cousin, who all passed away. We were all enjoying ourselves. Funny my sister was not in the dream. I thought for sure I would have nightmares. No, just a very pleasant, everything is going to be okay kind of dream.

got so much support and insight yesterday . I feel a ' part of', and that makes me very happy and less anxious.

Today I had my first standing up shower in over a month, and that me me really happy, and cleaner!

It was all thanks to one of the nurses who added a longer tube onto my leg back, (I've had a kidney drain fitted over a month ago) and this enabled me to have a proper shower, for which I'm happy and grateful!

Since I have been 'listening' to my son differently, acting 'as if' I have forgiven myself for being a shitty mom, we are getting along so much better. Feeling blessed by the support I get here:happy:
