Treaty's Uncle Ben's meal made me laugh out loud and I am still smiling. Uncle Bens' and Ramon are the best at providing quick eats: not necessarily a connoisseur's dream meal, though. Have no idea why this hit my funny bone, but it did. Thanks for the happy laugh, Treaty.

Birds!!!...oh how I love them, too...the original "tweeters". lol

Today, the red-tailed hawk visited, 7 turkey vultures all appeared at the same time and did some breeze surfing in the high winds (those are the days I double check my pulse in case I'm on the menu....lmao), the robins visited, bluebirds were chilling, cardinals dropped by, and the juncos passed through.

They help turn many of my frowns upside down, for sure. Reading the bird stuff and reflecting on the ones in my day made me happy. Thanks for being here, y'all. (((Heart Hugs)))

For me it’s having had a good night of sleep: getting asleep EASILY . And staying that way all night :)
