I am getting success at not beating up myself. :happy: It feel so great and that adds some extra help to stay on my course of getting healing. :happy:

I never thought I will get this all help.

Now I am feeling sleepy. :sleep:

Watching my lovely dogs chase one another around the field.

They chase a ball or in the case above they were just playing tag with themselves. Just like a couple of kids.

Seeing hubby go off to the dentist on his own.

No big thing for some, but he has not been able to do this for the last 5 years.

Buying new jammies for myself yesterday.

Today, getting things done has made me happy.

A friend brought me a boxwood and a lavender bush to plant in my yard. I am happy because my yard needed some plant 'love'. Besides I like playing in the dirt. lol :D

Oh, please come to my house. I have 2 mini planters to pot up. One with mini gladioli and the other with fressias. Fressias are my all time favourite flower.

I sat for a couple hours with a male acquaintance today, which is a big accomplishment for me because I typically get very anxious around males. It was a nice spontaneous visit, he bought me a latte and I had a nice time.

It makes me happy to feel like a normal university student for once.

Seeing my trainer. She gave me a big hug. She's always happy to see me and has helped me so much since being diagnosed with PTSD. She's a great friend and it made me so happy to see her today!
