That I left the house, however briefly, and was able to be around other's without much anxiety.

I hired painters to paint my house and fix the caulking. No more ugly green. It will increase the value of this place when I go to sell it.

Talking on the phone with my daughter and getting the girls for four days. Yeah.:)

I went to the family session. It was painful and difficult and I'm still feeling quite overwhelmed from it but I'm not dissociating, I'm not harming myself and I'm working hard to keep myself as healthy as possible.

I ate breakfast.

I met a friend at a cafe despite how I was feeling. Although I couldn't sit inside, (was too crowded) I am proud that I didn't cancel on her.

Ordering a sofa bed for the sunroom, a computer desk and some new bedding. I love on-line shopping:D

I woke up feeling lousy but the coffee was so good and I am online now and feeling better. Today my daughter will come over later on and watch her little one who just learned how to swim and we will have pizza afterward.

Usually there is a fly or twenty in the house. We live in dairy country and flies are just part and parcel of living in this county (in the 80's the county with VERY high unemployment did their best to attract dairies with tax breaks and such making the county a leader in dairy population in the country). Usually the flies are kinda slow and I can kill 'em by hand if they start to annoy me.

This morning.... a Super Fly with super speed and reflexes has been buzzing me. It keeps landing on me and buzzing my face. I can't stand having anything flying at or around my face. I was losing control of my temper and my rage response was starting to rear it's ugly head.

Also... we have a lot of daddy longleg spiders in the house. For the most part I don't mess with them unless they walk on me or the webs really start to get out of control.

When I was near the breaking point with this damn fly I saw it land in a spider web and the daddy longleg spider was wrapping it up for a nice meal :)

That is one reason I don't kill all the spiders in the house. I may seem barbaric or disgusting to some, but the spiders serve their purpose. :)

So many things that happened today made me happy. I am having a wonderful day.
