I am happy that I realize when my anxiety is going to run away and head me to the rabbit hole... going to do some self care..... Sometimes stopping in a good time, prevents the consequences of letting it go until I'm nuts. I am grateful for recovery....

My husband came home today, this makes me so happy because he hasn't been to the house since last Octob...

Ok, this is really weird, I admit, but every time I think about it, I feel happy..

I'm happy (thrilled, in fact) to know that I (and most of you) have Neanderthal DNA incorporated into our DNA. That means we didn't kill off the Neanderthals, we assimilated them, which was really the best outcome for them. :)

Friday being happy-ish made me happy.

Also another buddy checking in. Apparently my ringing hella lot people for what on earth with her is nothing, she was just busy with personal struggles.

All the relief and all.

Cleo's stupid teacher who don't behave really cooperative. She was sick for about two weeks and they only give her a tiny amout of time to get things done...

Happy that I am aware of my anxiety building, and am doing constructive things to manage and not give in to it.

I am very happy to have learned a new dish, which turned out great for my dinner with my family! My DIL doesn't normally like Ceviche but she gobbled up mine (thanks to a great recipe share from my Mexican-American Roommate)! My Son was rather happy as well and made a little song about it giggling as he sang. Family times...when they are good it can feel golden.

I am so happy that an online peer gave me a tip on how to slowly remove the dye from my hair and product ordered and on its way to me in a few days!

I'm just happy that I managed to do everything I set out to do today. It meant a lot short drives between stores, but I got everything I needed.

Even remembered to out petrol into the car, got my washing machine liquid from LIDl, then food stuff at Morrison's, then the butchers in the way home, put money into the bank, the lot.

Couldn't of picked a worse time to buy my recliner chair, as this is the long 14 day period before my money goes into the bank, but I'm still pleased that I bought it, it's so comfortable, and that massage it gives is fantastic!

Working in my garden this morning made me happy. If I can't be out under the stars, then the garden is my next best option.
