It has come to my attention that Geico mailed a check to you back in October, and it was forwarded to your address and you cashed it. That money was supposed to go to the body shop that did work on the Sonic after it was rear-ended. I had sent you an e-mail about the accident shortly after the incident in September. You did not steal from me but from the people who did work on the car. In order to avoid fraud charges from Geico, please mail a check or money order to:

I used it to pay the unpaid bills in which you should have paid (ie trash electric and water) once I had left. In fact, since I am STILL jobless due to the false accusation of a loaded handgun in the house, and the unpaid tolls made with the Sonic, and the treachery left in the wake of (your misplacement)/theft of my ID papers that were in the locked fire box, it will be a while until I can get to that. Again, still jobless, money-less, and basically homeless. So you can be happy knowing you did this.

I have been paying utilities since you were arrested, thank you very much. I will check with the city clerk tomorrow about what bills you have paid between August and now because I actually just got a trash/sewer bill claiming there is a previous unpaid balance. The previous trash/sewer bill had probably been forwarded to your MI address in the confusion before you signed over your interest in the house, but you obviously didn't pay it. You cashed the check, and you can't pay those bills by mail with cash anyway.
I sent you a check for the balance on your debit and credit cards. That was just north of $2,000. Whatever bills you may have had to pay regarding the house in Lockport could not have amounted to over $3,600. It's very bizarre that you're apparently homeless and penniless when you had $3,600 to play with. You certainly didn't make a car payment with that money.
I also made no claim that your revolver was loaded--not that it makes a difference, but you had it and it was illegal in NYS.
You admit that you are jobless, moneyless, and basically homeless so I am beginning to question your ability to properly care for Boris. We will gladly take him back if that is the case. Ask yourself what would be better for him.

The last water/sewer bill was probably forwarded to your Michigan address before we got the deed sorted. However, it was not paid. See the previous balance and the late fee. See the attachment.

I have gladly left you alone, and I would continue to do so if not for the fact you fraudulently cashed a check intended for someone else, who ultimately has not seen any of that money. The check was meant for the body shop, and you stole from them. Not me.
As it stands right now, Geico will reissue the check to me and will pursue you for fraud. I have been in touch with them. I tried to make you aware of the situation so that you could avoid more trouble by simply reimbursing the body shop directly and making this right with them, but you think that it would be easier or better to do it your way. Good luck with that. It's no wonder you're still a bum with that mindset.
If you truly wanted me out of your life, you would have refinanced the VW so that we are no longer connected in any way. I want you out of mine as I have found someone I love more than I ever loved you. So I am very eager to get everything taken care of quickly. What is the point of destroying both of our credit scores by just ignoring the Ally loan?

To answer your question, there was nothing to make right. I didn't care. You made it too difficult and exhausting to care about you. You filled a void. Nothing more. Emotional abuse was your perception. I honestly wasn't paying enough attention to emotionally abuse you.

I did not get insurance in your name. I got it in my own name the day after your mom bailed you out of prison. What gave you the impression that my Esurance policy has your name on it at all? It doesn't. I have attached a copy of my Esurance policy ID card. The woman who was found at fault for the accident was insured with Geico and they are the ones who cut the check for the damages that happened to the Sonic.
