Right now, when not fitting in sleep or hiding in strange places (!!) I sleep in a tight ball, completely under covers so completely pitch black, cuddling mouse, sucking thumb! This is how I used to sleep when very young & was going through abuse that am currently reliving so it makes sense, feels secure. Don't feel very much like a 28yr old right now, more like 5 yr old!! *sighs* xxx

On back, legs straight crossed at the ankles, arms crossed over chest with hands clasped or against collarbones. Supremely comfortable. Best way to fall asleep, for me.
