Sexual Assault What Some Guy Said To Me

OK, just be careful reading this. I am sorry for what I am about to say, I just need some support... I am so upset. Some people are sooooo heartless and cruel.

I am a member on a site where people join groups and share stories that fit those groups... Anyway, you can also ask questions. Today I asked this question, "New Year's Resolutions? Care to share? Mine are listed in "details".
"Here are mine:
New Year's Resolutions (subject to periodic revisions)
1. Continue strengthening my relationship with God.
2. Don't drink alcohol for 3 weeks, then increase in duration.
3. Keep working on forgiving.
4. Taking a more positive outlook on things (no matter how grim).
5. Showing love. Lots of love.
6. Forgiving, loving, and accepting myself.
7. Continue healing.
8. Using less offensive language.
9. Thanking God for what I have and accepting what I don't.
10. To actually try my hardest in what I listed above, God help me... This won't be easy."


This one guy had the nerve to answer my question with this, "You forgot swallow, not spit."

I replied to him, "That is not a resolution as it is not something I need to work on... And what you said was disguting and offensive to me. It is triggering for me when guys say that."

He then asked, "What do you mean triggering?"

I said, "Um, I am a survivor of multiple sexual asaults actually... So, when I hear or see certain things, it triggers a memory. Not pleasant either. I then have a panic attack or what have you. Not fun... Oh well." (I tried to not be an ass about it but I was wearing thin...)

He then said this, "Right. Cheers. Have a good day."

And then he PM'd me and asked this, "Do you not like a big fat d**k now days then hon? And what colour panties are you wearing?"

I unglued on him.... I said, "You are a disgusting pig. Not only did I tell you that I have been sexually assaulted multiple times, more times than I care to remember... But you have the nerve to ask that sort of question!!!! What kind of person are you. You can't even be called a person. You are filthy scum. F*ck off."

He then lastly said, "I bet you loved it really bending over whilst they stretched your p*ssy. I bet you asked to be done in the arse. By the way I thought you were not going to swear this year?"

I reported and blocked him but not before I told him he was filth. I am all upset and sad now and feeling weird inside...

Disgusted... :furious:

Am I making a big deal out of nothing??? Was I too harsh? :confused:

I think you handled the situation well. I would have been fuming, and very upset by such comments.

Some people are just complete and utter f*cking idiots, and we have no control over them, other to do as you have done, and block them, and report them. Unfortunately the www is open to all, including thoughtless, dumb ass predators who get a kick out being disgusting, rude, and trolling for a reaction.

Try not to be upset, he's not worth it. Just try to forget it, and know that there are places you can share your problems, without putting up with that sort of nonsense. Just be careful where you post your details and keep yourself safe.

You are worth a billion billion times more than him, so don't waste any energy on him! :hug:

I agree with everything CB has put. You can't change this person. Don't waste energy worry about it or him. His comments are vile and disgusting.
