Although I presently feel as If I have lived through both eras, I would have to choose the beginning.

I never seem to complete either but I favor cleaning the kitchen over the bathroom.

Live without smartphones, personal computers, or tablets (did I miss any hidden computers?) or spend most of your waking life in the metaverse (currently that means wearing a headset but maybe in the future you could just have the neuralink implanted version)

Side note, maybe the reason aliens are depicted with those big black eyes is that’s like a kind of implanted headset, almost like how snakes have those clear corneas which have to be shed.
