@Mee I have seen doctors regarding alternative treatments. In fact my doctor specializes in only hard to treat/diagnosis headache conditions. When I saw him in the beginning of April it was his decision to stop what he called pokes and prods meaning no more nerve blocks, Botox, medication roulette trying to find a different preventative/abortive that will work until a new class of drugs receives FDA approval this summer. We have tried everything else available on the market including brain surgery.

Thus might be a dumb question, but have you called or made an emergency appointment?

@littleoc it isn't a dumb question just not a possibility. The medication is a schedule 4 narcotic, if I make an emergency appointment or ask the doctor to make a change in this paranoid environment it could be seen as drug seeking behavior and either the doctor or if I were to get a new prescription pharmacist red flag me in the state database. I need this med until hopefully the new class of meds are approved this summer and I get relief from them I won't risk my only medication.
