I like to fly freely whenever and wherever I need. My illness makes me feel as a caged bird, trapped and unable to fly. So I strive to be a freebird to break the cage and fly away to my home where I belong.

haha! I used to crochet to escape. Love the repetitive patterns and how it's a safe place for my mind to nest in. I've made two 6ft long blankets for my living room so far :D

we all know this is absolutely untrue. However, I believe people don't know how to understand "studies" etc. A "study" in the 1960's of incarcerated American adolescent boys found that the "almost all" boys reported having being abused as younger children. People take that study of incarcerated youths and then generalize it to all abused children grow up to be abusers. Uh, NO. Many people who were abused know exactly how to treat others, and their children. Not wanting any suffer the things they endured. Somehow we instinctively "know" this shit is not right-

this is an interesting topic. thanks for thinking of it. Hi There is a friendly greeting and I'm very friendly and really enjoy people. However, that friendliness has led to a lot of crazy shit for me. so it's a play on words for me. it's either "hi there", or "hit here" hope that made sense. It's something I'm trying to learn, can I tell if I'm safe or not, and still being open at the same time.

@Kinstugi , I have a fierce respect for the Japanese, and Japanese culture. I took Shotokan Karate (full contact, no protection) and Judo under Japanese instructors, and quickly learn the importance of discipline. I got beat up pretty regularly, but I got better at sparring thanks to those guys. Your handle and what it refers to, is just one more reason to respect the Japanese. What a cool handle! :D
