we all know this is absolutely untrue. However, I believe people don't know how to understand "studies" etc. A "study" in the 1960's of incarcerated American adolescent boys found that the "almost all" boys reported having being abused as younger children. People take that study of incarcerated youths and then generalize it to all abused children grow up to be abusers. Uh, NO. Many people who were abused know exactly how to treat others, and their children. Not wanting any suffer the things they endured. @Kinstugi , I have a fierce respect for the Japanese, and Japanese culture. I took Shotokan Karate (full contact, no protection) and Judo under Japanese instructors, and quickly learn the importance of discipline. I got beat up pretty regularly, but I got better at sparring thanks to those guys. Your handle and what it refers to, is just one more reason to respect the Japanese.
