Witness

I witnessed something scary today, a lady was in her vehicle with her children as she was slammed into from another car on purpose. She was in a school parking lot. ..something similar happened to my Mom as i watched as a kid...now i keep trying to fall asleep but keep dreaming about car wrecks. How to ground myself at night when i am tired is my next challenge. I am trying real hard to avoid a flash back, but the nightmares I can't contrrol. :( :cry:

Not really, it was an unusual thing to witness at the school durIng the day. It would've made more sense in my neighborhood at night.A lot of domestic violence over here.
