Well, it is about fitting a need. PTSD needs are very particular, both globally and personally.

It took me a long time to go to mental health and get help, and it took even more to finally sign up with the wounded warrior project and then took even more for me to actually accept the help that they offered. It's not an easy thing to say the least but when you find a good reputable non profit getting the help is a very humbling experience but also is nice to get the help you need.
