She probably met integrating your ptsd into your life and being able yo manage it. Im not sure so don't quote me.

From what it looks like it sounds like you are taking care of your emotions and are in more control because you have done and are practicing techniques you are working on and it is showing.

Oh, that sounds so positive :D Can you give her a call and ask what it means for clarification?

I think, but I'm not sure, that it means you're not denying your experiences, events, or emotions; that you're dealing with things as they come up and, thus, moving towards wholeness.
 
She said something about having and using tools to self soothe and how emotional experiences aren't throwing me in the ocean permanently. Not disconnecting from self as often etc. and embracing parts of myself.

Well I guess I just answered my own question. Lol
 
Sounds like you're well on the road to processing your trauma and to enhancing your own coping and resilience strategies at the same time. Whatever words are used, it sounds like a great and positive thing, so well done to you. Don't ever underestimate the significance of every step you take in that direction, because they all count!
