I had a great dane who hated puddles and getting her paws wet

My little dog hates getting wet, she twinkle tops around puddles and yet she adores snow. I think most dogs do for some inexplicable reason.

That's how my Zoe was. She cracked me up because her legs alone were probably 3 feet long and, yet, she couldn't stand to get her paws wet!

On a different thought, but still about Zoe, she loved capes. She would prance around in them when we put them on her. Our other great dane, Sabrina, liked to stand under the willow tree with the leaves and branches laying across her back. Pets are sure interesting!

That is one way to describe them ;).

Max is being an utter pain. He walks for miles around and around the coffee table with a teddy in his mouth and everytime he thinks you look at him his tail wags so hard the back half of his body waggles. Then he is off for another hundred or so circuts.

Tess, our Border collie mix, must think she needs some fiber in her diet. Once again she got ahold of paper and cardboard and ate them. One of them was a battery pack with my list of the kids that need batteries and what batteries they need for Christmas. Let's just say I no longer have the list and I'm not waiting for it to come out. Thankfully, I know I bought the right amount for everyone. I just won't know who gets what until they ask me.

She's been doing this the last year and it is driving me insane.:banghead:

I had no idea about the dogs and snow thing. Never having had snow to go with the dogs in my life. That is most interesting and entertaining.

I think we should have a thread, the things we do for our pets! Right now I really, really, have to pee, but I don't want to get up and disturb my Buddy. She's eating her breakfast and she'll get instantly distracted if I get up and move. Oh why oh why did I drink so much coffee!?:coffee::laugh: Oh,man, I can't start laughing!

Cats are playing one aside football with red Christmas tree baubles, the dog is hiding under her double duvet from the rain and possibly me, she just peed on the floor again!

Both dogs are devouring peanut butter filled Kong rubber toys while the cat is daintily licking the leftovers off of a spoon. Maybe when they're done I can have my Peanut butter snack? ;)

My dog and iguana licked each others' noses once, it was the cutest thing I've ever seen. It was after a long time gradually introducing them to each other. To me that meant they know they're sisters.
