1/2 a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water

also known as sodium bicarbonate, it works a treat, try to get aluminium and gluten free if you do get it, Saelben.

If you can find the herb Neem it's good for acid problems (actually good for many things.) I also found Omeprazol very helpful. It sometimes goes by the brand name Prilosec, and sold otc. Good luck.
