For sexual violence survivors that hold tension in your lower stomach and genitals, have you managed to relax those muscles? If so, how?
 
Practice. Breathing. Imaging myself floating on my back on water (makes all muscles relax).

I have horrific pain down there a lot of the time during a flashback (including during sex) and only time makes that go away.

Id say yoga too as thats a very relaxing exersize.
 
I was thinking any sort of Kegel exercises since it trains the muscles/you to do whatever you want to do down there; unclench or clench.

Mine is a weird feeling: it feels like I'm being prodded and the opening is clenching as well as my abdomen tense and feeling like something is falling out and trying to be pushed out all the while I tingle with a sort of horniness.

However, I've looked down there with a mirror and my genitals aren't actually turned on. It's all phantom stuff but it's really terrifying and bothersome.
