I needed a "safe" environment and guidance to help me work through the shit between my own two ears and figure out what/which was my own, what was someone else's, and what the hell to do about it.

I also need not to be harsh towards me when trying to explain I am not doing some things the way I should.
I am hard to handle I must admit.
