& When you are happy feeling your muscles, no matter what they are doing or not doing what you want them doing at the moment... because it means you finally started feeling something else but pain.
The other weeks it was 'Ha, pain. I aware enough of needs, improvement. Pain -> Manage that. And don't wreck yourself more by acting dissociated.'
You know you have Ptsd when, while living in the present you're swallowed by the past and while weakened and/or weak from this, one's ability to communicate clearly and honestly; strive; protect and defend themselves (and loved ones) in the present, if necessary, is absorbed into the past; past traumas and with all its potential for additional grief, loss, poor health and dissatisfaction. :wtf:

You're an empath and start to have psychic (not psycho) visions...(I'm serious. People who have had trauma are empaths which makes us sensitive to what and who is around us. You can tell when someone lies to you, etc. I am a seer.)
And it still does not help you either get ready or avoid them. So just the usual My life is a trainwreck that also decided to be a shipwreck disclaimer.
