It doesn't happen in relation to periods. It's about constant. I don't know what's causing it. It's severe. I don't have periods due to my birth control but I've had this issues since childhood. But REALLY bad the last 3 years or so.

Yes. I have seen someone for the severe, extreme and almost constant genital pain and somatic pain. I've seen two gynecologists and two medical doctors and have had a pelvic ultrasound. No one can find anything physically wrong

Thank you. That means a lot. Most of my pelvic pain seems to focus on the outside of my genitals but it's like it's deep in the bone like I have someone hitting my pubic bone or my pelvis (the part that's around the vagina) with a hammer or maybe with their fist or kicking it. that's what it feels like and it's repeated. I would say four out of seven days I experience this type of pain and it's about 80% of the whole day. So, about constant.

Yes I like it. I'm about half way done with it. Very informative.

What you describe @chant2012 , I have felt for most of my adult life...I don't know the reason, but I do know for sure that it is not related to the sexual abuse I went through.....I have very clear memories of that pain. I also get the feeling of vibrating as someone else described....again, I don't believe it's related to body memories.

Hmm....sounds alot like the pain I had except it was the entire length of the outside crotch area ( anywhere a panty liner would touch) but it wasn't as frequent as yours.
