Whatever it was, do it again

I hope I remember to do it again next time... But I'm on my own here, so speaking out loud, crying etc is ok... I don't know if it'll work in a public place though, because I've always gone into either flight or fight mode... We shall see...

Btw, has anyone else ever experienced this, when having a severe flashback in a public place, that everyone looks distorted, evil and hostile, and the sounds around you sound wrong? I can't seem to understand speech for example, or I can't seem to understand what they're saying almost like they're talking gibberish or a foreign language?
This is one the worst kind of flashbacks I get :(

Im not sure what to call mine. But I do work in public and tend to hide til it passes or my coworker last time ( I was so disassociated I didn't know where I was) got me out of it. At home it's harder for me because home causes me so much stress. I'm backward to most.

Oh gosh, you poor thing, how horrid.......glad Your co worker was there to help you 'down' of it......Isn't it strange how time and space becomes distorted?
I honestly don't know how you manage to work......I Can't until I've gained more control over my symptoms... And I also require physiotherapy for the left hand side of my body, where I was severely injured.(I can walk and move still thank God ) ... But I am unable do the physiotherapy..... because I keep having flashbacks every time I've tried .. Meh..

I have been working since I was 16. Always with the public. Mom made me lol told me if I wanted to own anything I'd have to work. So I guess I'm used to it.

My coworker knows so he can tell when I'm acting funny. He helps
