Hi all - just thought I'd say hello, as I may be lurking your posts a bit this week. :) I'm a CSA survivor and recently ended a 19 year marriage to a narcissist who continued the pattern. I was diagnosed in 2012 and am working hard in my therapy program. That means the good news is the bad days are fewer and farther between... the bad news is they are sometimes harder to spot and harder to deal with.

But I'm committed and have made a lot of progress... so cheers to you all. I imagine I'll "see" you around.

Welcome to the forum. Congrats for taking steps to care for yourself. I hope you feel supported here. Try to balance working hard with giving yourself time and care and rest. The journey is not linear, but up and down. Take sweet care.
