Eating well/healthy, but keeping it simple! Eating healthy does not mean eating perfectly
Staying aware of my muscle tension and actively work to relax
Breathing
Playing
Actively working to stand firm & to stop obsessively questioning myself. (For instance, recognizing that being around J can be quite taxing even though I love her and there are times when it is not as taxing. Recognizing that what I understand about why it can be taxing is valid, even if not the whole picture. I have to remain open to learning more, to create a fuller picture)
Actively working to remain open to new experiences, and open to the feelings that come up in response, particularly fear. Not letting fear get in the way.
Radically accepting myself, my body, my experiences. There is no room for shame today.
Practicing gentleness, by moving physically slowly and allowing myself the permission to process slow and to have issues staying focused.
Practicing compassion, and continuing with random acts of kindness because I want to.
Doing what I need, and accepting my feelings without having to act on them.
