Looks Like I Could Be Moving !

I got a phone call today from a veterans agency who have been helping me to get rehoused.
I have a viewing on monday so all going well i will have my own bathroom / kitchen living space and not have to share with others the pics posted are the conditions i have been living with in a private rent sharing with 3 others you wouldn't think private landlords could get away with this but they do in the UK.

Mice infestation!

Mold from damp!

Cracked floor tiles!

Tiles coming away due to damp and cheap workmanship !

You've got bad mold and mice. Looks like the place is falling apart. You can set traps for the mice and use bleach to get rid of the mold. Both are a temp fix on the problem. Hope you're new place is better and soon.

The worst part about where I'm living at the moment is the land lord is in and out of the house more times than me and i live here.
Got tipped off that she dosent want me here any way coz I'm getting support with the rent ect got a feeling she has multiple claims with the housing benifit as i have seen loads of mail with different names ( not those who live here ) on them in relation to government handouts I'm not racist but she is from Nigeria i think.
When i have moved i will make an anonymous phone call to the fraud hot line.

Btw, if you cut up Irish Spring soap bars into chunks or slivers and then place them around the pantry and exterior you won't have a mouse problem anymore. I cut up several bars a year and place in my garage and around the lawn to keep the mice, skunks, raccoons and fishers away and it works like a dream

I have stuffed all the holes where they could get in in my room with wire wool found out they don't like it they have a nibble cut there gums and don't come back all my dry food is kept in my own room not the kitchen so my dry food is safe its the other guys food that is attacked the land lord don't give a f*ck any way i just got to keep an eye on the stuff in the refrigerator to stop others using it but it is all labeled with my name on it after some was going missing.
