I can't edit the original post, but in my second post I included the information requested. It'll get lost in the shuffle pretty quickly, so here it is all together:
My name is Curt Russell. I am 28 years old. I am from New Brunswick, Canada. I moved to the US (Arkansas) when I was 13. Joined the lovely Air Force in 2009. I spent my entire career at Keesler AFB, deployed to Joint Base Balad Iraq from autumn 2010 to summer 2011 as a part of the 332nd Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron as an inside/outside the wire augmentee. I am currently a member of the USAF, on my way out the door with a boot up my ass via MEB/PEB. I've been court-martialed for illegal use of a controlled substance in 2012, and was an alcoholic undergoing rehab during the same period. I've been locked up in the looney-bin twice, most recently this year after finding out about the MEB/PEB.
Added information: I have a wife and 7 month-old son. My wife is 4 months pregnant (not sure exactly, i get confused with the weeks/months talk the preggos do).
Additional Note: Now that I'm talking about me, it's probably best to bring up that although I'm quite patriotic, I despise the military structure. I have a seething hatred for certain people who routinely subjected me to abuse within the military. I can't tell you how many times I've had to bite my tongue to keep from biting theirs out. My diagnosis is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder with Psychotic Features. They're trying to work in schizophrenia or some kind of personality thing as a final diagnosis because of my writing. My wife's lawyer currently has a restraining order against me simply because of the tone that I used with her during a conversation on the phone.
@Kaishi - I get where you're coming from. I don't have a problem with speaking respectfully to people most of the time. I felt attacked from certain people though because I wasn't fitting their views of the norm. You won't find concrete evidence of that here in this thread, but the chat says it all. There is no card being played. And I do want to thank you and everyone who posted warmly for their warm welcomes.
